Grenache, Merlot and Carignan
Harvested manually, with 24 hours of cold storage (7ºc) to prevent oxidation and preserve aromas.
Wine aged in amphora to give a more neutral aromatic effect than oak, allows to preserve a better fruit expression. They also allow the wine to develop with less tannins or vanilla.
Salads and pastas, fish and seafood, cheeses, desserts.
Graduation 12.5º. Server temperature 4ºC
